I can see two reasons why it was removed. The first is that it might come across a bit of insensitive considering the Chernobyl disaster. The second is that PETA might think that some dumbass would get the idea to give alcohol to animals. I'm sure there are idiots all over the world who have given alcohol to animals even before this commercial debuted. I personally don't find this vid offensive. I don't find it funny either. They just wasted a bunch of money imo.
